We take the time to understand the full scope of work required, offering you different options based on your preferences, budget, and project location.
RiverCap has the experience and track record to know how to get things done. Utilizing our team’s operations and logistics expertise, we develop a project plan for you that’s efficient, safety-oriented and cost effective.
Once the project plan has been approved, RiverCap's team of operators and carriers will arrive on site organized and on time. We’ll tackle your project strategically with the proper equipment, following all on-site safety procedures, policies, and protocols.
Mechanical disassembly is performed by the EPC company working on the project. They will remove the rotor, nacelle, and any tower sections that need replacing. Once on the ground, RiverCap's operations team will then begin using our own cranes and equipment for mechanical separation of the components, so that they can be loaded safely and efficiently onto our trucks.
We perform energetic felling when cost-saving is a priority. Our demolition experts use strategic cuts and explosives to bring the tower down in a safe and controlled manner – with minimal disruption to landowners and the environment.
We perform mechanical separation of anything on the ground. Our experienced technicians process all turbine components, drain and collect all fluids, and cross-section blades into more manageable pieces for efficient transportation.

We load all components with care and precision onto trucks ranging in size from flatbeds and end dumps to escorted wide loads, while ensuring all components being re-used are left intact.
We are experts in logistics. From conducting route surveys and expanding roads to identifying local laydown yards, our team minimizes the time, distance, and expense of transporting materials from A to B.
PROJECTS
WIND TURBINES
BLADES RECYCLED
RiverCap has developed a comprehensive solution for recycling fiberglass wind turbine blades in an innovative, sustainable, and cost-efficient way.
Metal components from your wind turbine will be processed by one of our 500+ partners across North America and ultimately made into new products.
We drain and collect all fluids and gases from your turbine, then safely move them off site where they are refined or blended into new products.
